I have always loved arts and crafts.  I wanted a decorative light fixture for my husbands and my bedroom and came up with this beauty.

Decadent Homemade Chocolate Truffles

My brother Jodick and I combined efforts to make wonderful truffles. We narrowed it down to 3 types of dark chocolate truffles: 1) dusted with chocolate 2) rolled in crushed walnuts and 3) dusted white powdered sugar. They all have a similar base with a surprising kick.
